Easter Wishes :)

TGIF!!!!!
I am so glad it's Friday! I haven't been able to craft the last few days because I have been busy doing a little organization. I still have a long way to go, but I have been doing a little each day. I have started with organizing all of my ribbon which has been a chore all of it's own :) I have been winding it on floss bobbins and putting them in storage containers so I can see everything at a glance. I still have a lot of winding to do, and color coordinate them when I am finished. I am going to be thrilled when I can see everything all at once instead of trying to dig for the right ribbon.
As for my card today..I thought I would make a fun little Easter card. I figured we are done with St Patty's day, so we needed to move on to the next holiday. Plus I couldn't resist this cutie of a stamp from pink cat studio called "Easter Lily". Isn't that just the cutest name to go along with the cutie stamp? You can get one for yourself if you just click here for the pink cat studio store!
My papers are some of my scraps I had from last week..still doing good there..and I just added a few little Easter egg stickers I had in my stash..They may be a little big proportionately, but I thought they were still too cute anyway!
Well, enjoy the card and I wish everyone a safe and happy weekend!

Smile

Hi Bloggers!
I hope everyone is doing well on this Thursday night. We are all dug out of our home and street, but the rest of the neighborhood is such a mess of snow everywhere. Hopefully it will clear out soon.
I just have a quick card for you today. I made it for a friend of mine who helps me smile every time I talk to her. She hasn't been feeling well, so I thought this would perk her up a little.

My stamp is a pink cat studio digi named Lily valentine ballerina and you can pick her up here.
My papers are from an old 6x6 paper stack and I just added some primas with a little stickles and bling. My ribbon is American Crafts.

Enjoy everyone and have a great evening.

Happy St Patty's Day

Good afternoon happy scrappers!

I have jump started into spring today with my St Patrick's Day card. I am enjoying the little bit of snow we have on the ground, but I couldn't help but get in a little taste of spring today.

This image is just too cute from Pink Cat Studio. It's itty bitty Betty in her pot of gold. If you love her..Get her here in the Pink Cat Studio online store..Check out the rest of her St Patty's Day goodies as well.
Love this paper. It's actually from my stash from last year called lucky stripe by Reminisce was a perfect match and finishing the card with some stickers..also from Reminisce and some ribbon made this a nice easy design to work with. I love it when it all works out just the way you were thinking when you started!
Enjoy the card and have a wonderful afternoon everyone.

Free day!

Hello everyone.

I really haven't been feeling so well today, but wanted to play. I wasn't sure what I was going to do when I sat down, but these are my two projects I wanted to share for today.

My first card I had to make. I have been wanting to make a summer card for a while now and everything else has taken over. If you have been following me, you know by now I LOVE mermaids! I am guessing why this project just fell together today. The waves and sand are just some white torn paper inked with some great beachy colors and my sun is just made from scraps. My stamp is from Pink Cat Studio. Click here for their fabulous website.

My second card is just a fun little valentine I put together from a VERY old SU set called toucan of my love. It's a fun little set to bring out this time of the year. Some of my oldies get pushed to the back sometimes so I love bringing them out. My leaves are made with my life's a beach cricut cartridge.
Well, hopefully I will feel better tomorrow and bring you a little more wow, in the meantime, enjoy..stay warm!

Super Saturday Sketch #52

Good morning everyone. I hope everyone had a great holiday this past weekend. I had a wonderful time with my family and really had a nice break. Now back to business! I have missed all of my craft toys sooo much it sure felt good to finally sit down and craft again.

Being sketch # 52 I can't believe it has been a whole year since I started these sketches. It amazes me how time just flies by without even a blink of an eye. I sure have enjoyed them. I am not sure yet if I will continue them on a weekly basis in the new year, or just post them time to time. I like doing them weekly because they really stretch my imagination, but I don't think they have been Saturday sketches for the last few weeks due to the hustle and bustle of the holidays. If I do make them each Saturday, I think my number one goal will be to get them posted Saturday morning!!!

Today's card is a new digi image I picked up at Pink Cat Studio. I thought with all this darn cold and snow around I wanted to jump start spring just a little and I found this adorable stamp called "lily in her rain gear". You can pick her up here if you would like in this great store!!! My paper is from a great paper stack from The Paper Studio called Filosophia. I was looking for some great bright colors and came across it and it was perfect. The base is SU's regal rose. I never get tired of it!
Well, I hope you get a chance to try my sketch, as always, Feel free to leave a comment with a link to your card if you try it.

Thanks for looking!!

Happy Holidays!

Good morning everyone. I have another holiday card to share with you today. I decided to switch it up again today with a long card. 8 1/2 X 33 3/4 is the finished size. I used another image from Pink cat studios digi stamps. It's called simply "Betty and snowman decorating tree". You can take a peek and grab it here if you would love to have it yourself. I actually took advantage when I purchased it to buy the whole set at a discounted amount. They have great value packs and it's like getting stamps for free. If you think you will use the whole set, I would take advantage of it. It's hard to see but I have added some dazzling diamonds to the snowman and tinsel on the bottom for snow. Enjoy and I hope you are getting inspired to make a few holiday cards of your own.

Super Saturday Sketch #45

Hello everyone. Welcome back for this weeks addition to the Super Saturday Sketch. This one is a little more complicated with lots of layers, but super fun to make. I used lots of different shape and sizes and really filled up my card this week. I used the same turkey from pink cat studio I used for my ATC earlier. He's much bigger of course. That is the fun of digital stamps..You get to make them any size you wish :) My papers are from SU songbird stack and a 6x6 SU stack I have in my stash. If you just love the image, Pick it up here at the pink cat digi store. Check out all the other fun stamps they have while you are there. I just love them!
As always, if you get a chance to try my sketch..make sure you leave me a link so I can see.
Have a great weekend everyone!

Singing and Thanks

Just a few goodies to show today. I have been very busy creating lots of challenges this morning. It feels so good to finally get back to action on these.
My first card is For the Karen's Doodles Challenge. Simply named give thanks, I thought this image was perfect. The image is Indian corn and you can pick it up here in Karen's doodles online store. If you want to try any of the challenges, head on over to the challenge blog and give it a try. Click here for more.

Misc:Dazzling diamonds and stickles
My next card is for the ISC challenge this week. We needed to use felt somewhere on the card and well, I have this fun sparkly felt I found one day and love it for snow. This stamp from Stampin Up is one of my all time favorite Christmas stamps. It's called merry minstrels and I just love everything about it. There are some other pieces in it that you can layer and I am sure I will add some of those in the next few weeks. The tree is cut from my cricut winter woodlands cartridge and I have added snow with Martha Stewart's white tinsel and a few extra dazzling diamonds glitter on their coats. The background is run through my cuttlebug with my snowflakes folder and sanded down to bring out the white. Enjoy!

My last project is another ATC..I am still thinking I am not so good at these, but I am trying. Since I have only made a few I am still in the learning stage. I used a darling stamp from Pink Cat Studio called Itty Bitty Bobby turkey ride. I added just a few embellishment leaves and a rub on. I just need a little more practice filling in these tiny spaces I think..I am not going to give up.

Mish Mash day!

I just thought I would share a few cards I was making for my daughter. She needed some cards for events coming up and she wanted me to make them for her. Isn't she just the sweetest thing wanting to share my love with her friends :)

I just love the image of the boy playing video games..It's for a 17 year old boy and it's soooo much like them.
The wedding and video boy are both from Mo's digital pencil shop and The cowboy is one of Pink cat studio's designs. Enjoy

Her name is "Betty standing on broom" and you can get her here in the pink cat studio's online store. I just love these designs and I know you will too. She is sooo much fun to color too.
