Having a bad day????

Hi everyone!!!

Can I just say ..OMG this guy is too cute! I went to the CHA super show last week and picked up this stamp at the Taylored Expressions booth! I found Taylor's stamps last year and have simply adored them ever since! I couldn't resist playing with these little sharks and cupcake first! I just wanted to use the image as the main focus so I left it as a scallop card and sponged the sky and coloured with copics. I added a few stickles to the scallops on the card and finished it off with some waves on the inside bottom of the card.

Hope you love it!!!

Happy Birtday Monsters!

Hello everyone.

We are in the middle of a heat wave here in Chicagoland! I love the heat, but a little too much right now. I am not looking forward to -0* temps so I will be happy with our 95-100* right now :)

Today I am happy to be bringing another design for the squiggle stamps team over at the Squiggles and giggles blog! These are such cutie little monsters you can't be scared of them. They are called "monster mash" and you can pick them up by clicking here. I am not exactly sure what the pattern paper is, I grabbed it from my stash. The cardstock is SU real red and some misc green and orange I had. I added the google eyes and some glitter accents to make it fun. Just a little ribbon and bling to finish it off.

I hope everyone is doing well and staying cool wherever you may be.

Don't forget to check the squiggle stamps store for lots more fun designs!

Fintastic Friends

Good evening friends! I must say..Squiggles Stamps went and made it happen! They designed a new stamp in the lilliputs collection and it's a mermaid. Now you didn't think I would pass up the opportunity to use this one right away now did you? When I saw this, I would have to say that I was in heaven..maybe even drooled a little :) It had to be on my list of stamps to use today!

My paper is from imaginisce and peach cardstock. I added some seaweed from m cricut and a few store bought embellishments. Every mermaid must have bling, so I had to add the pearls. Glittered up her fin and added some crystal effects to the bubbles. Lots of fun on this card, somehow I just kept going and going. Don't forget to head on over to the squiggles blog to check out all of the wonderful eye candy our new design team ladies come up with. From looking at their work, they are going to be a great addition to the team!

Beautiful Day

Hello everyone.

It's been a while. Good old summer :)

Today I have sweet little card I made with a stampin up set touch of kindness. It's a couple stamps from the set I put together to make one scene. He actually reminds me of my big fat kitty. He is 22 pounds and his name is tigger. Our big guy is gray and not orange though. My paper is scraps from linen paper pack and I just added a few punches and bling. I hope everyone has a wonderful day! Happy crafting!

Christmas in July

Hello everyone. I hope you have been having a wonderful week. I can't believe it's been a week since I last posted. I have been enjoying the week and summer with my girls. It has finally warmed up here and we have just been really out and about...besides sleeping in a little longer than usual!
Yesterday was my day over at the squiggles blog so I am hoping they won't mind that I sneak these in a day late :) I am not sure how I missed it, but I am making up for it with two cuties!

I like to start making two Christmas cards a week starting in July as a minimum so I am not rushing to get them all finished at the end of the year. I thought I better get started since it is now July!

I used two fabulous stamps from the Squiggle stamps store. I used skating with gifts and gifts galore. I finished them off with some die cuts and punches and LOTS of glitter and bling. Can't get through the holiday season without a lot of glitter :)

I hope you have a wonderful weekend. Don't forget to stop by the squiggle blog to see what's new!
