Best Wishes

Hi everyone!
While I was blog hopping today I found a great site with some fun sketches. Best of all they have a challenge too! Who doesn't love a great challenge and sketch to get you motivated!
This was an interesting sketch when I started and I wasn't sure I could really do it justice, but by the time it was finished and glued together, I really loved how it all fit together!
The sponser this week is Bugaboo stamps so I decided to use my new "freebie" I picked up this week from the online store. I added the best wishes myself with a rub on. The board comes blank so you can add whatever you would like! I printed a second image in the same size so I could pop up his head. I added a little smooch to the outside of the frame to give a little sparkle.
If you have a chance, come and look at the sketches by Carly blog and try the challenge. Some amazing talent at a young age!
Have a great weekend everyone.

Another scollop today!!!

Wow..I tell you I have missed my blogging!!!

I have been enjoying a fun time in Niagara falls with my cutie pie hubby. It's our first vacation together since my first daughter was born almost 21 years ago. We had a fabulous time and just catching up all week and I got to play today!!!!!!

I made this cutie for a swap I am in for summer birthday cards. I thought it would be nice to do a little different card for everyone..Plus I got to play with all the fun stuff I have missed that way. You can find him yourself at bugaboo stamps if you wish or look around for some other fun stamps she has. You can find this crabby guy in the critter section. Lots of charactors to choose from!
Have a wonderful day evening everyone and I will be playing to make up for all the time I lost :)

Super Saturday Sketch #61

Happy Saturday Bloggers!
Here is my latest addition to the super Saturday sketch! When I finished this card, I have to say, I love this sketch. It will be perfect for so many different season, occasions that I know I will be using it over and over. I love when sometimes it just works that way!
My stamp is a cute stamp from Bugaboo stamps called BCrab Tubing and I added just a cute party hat for him and a snappy birthday sentiment. I used dazzling diamonds glitter on the cloud, stickles on the water. It's hard to see, but I added some crystal effects to the tube to give it a glassy look. Enjoy and I hope you get a chance to try the sketch!

Birthdays and Babies

Hi everyone..From old to young, I think I took care of both categories :)
I just was playing with all of my leftover scraps from yesterdays sketch and I think I came up with some pretty good cards. My baby card is using some K&Co embellies I had and my birthday card is a digi stamp from Bugaboo stamps. If you haven't tried any bugaboo stamps, check them out..They have lots of funny designs. They even have a freebie every Friday for you to pick up. I did get an extra set on facebook too. I became a follower last week and now they reached 500 she gave away an adorable set. Take a peek on facebook and get your set too! Well, I hope you enjoy my leftover cards today..One of my resolutions this year is to try and use more of those scraps..Boy do they pile up fast!!!!!
Have a good day everyone.

Think Pink

I finished my first ATC swap last week and I wasn't sure what I really should do with it. I decided I can't just admire it, so I decided to make a card with it. I added some matching paper and mounted the ATC on the front and simple as can be..A fun card. I did all the hard work making the ATC, so it was nice to just assemble. The theme was girl power and I decided to use this wonderful image from "bugaboo stamps" I figured with it being October..breast cancer awareness month, I had to use the ultimate women power.

Card Recipe:
Paper: Su "melon mambo" and "pretty in pink"
Pattern Paper: The paper studio "pink and white hearts"
Ink: pretty in pink
Copic Markers: Y23,18 YR 23 E35,11,00 R20,21,22 RV11
Misc: Dazzling diamonds glitter, pink bling
