For this weeks "try it Tuesday" I wanted to try a new kind of background. I was looking at the girls' Easter Baskets and thought this might be a fun background for a card. I cut the strips into 1/2 x 6 inches, inked the sides and weaved them just like you would in kindergarten. It was a lot of fun, it did take some time though. I just used a simple image so it wouldn't cover the background. I hope you like it and will give it a try.

Try it Tuesday..Basket Weave
For this weeks "try it Tuesday" I wanted to try a new kind of background. I was looking at the girls' Easter Baskets and thought this might be a fun background for a card. I cut the strips into 1/2 x 6 inches, inked the sides and weaved them just like you would in kindergarten. It was a lot of fun, it did take some time though.
